Q: Can you repair my vehicle?

A: Yes, minor repairs can be provided for an additional charge

Q: My vehicle is stuck. Can you pull me out?

A: Yes, we can either perform a Winch Out or a Vehicle Recovery?

Q: What is a "Winch Out?

A: A Winch Out is when we use a device called a winch to pull your vehicle out when it gets stuck. The winch is attached to our tow truck and allows us to safely pull your vehicle out and get you back on the road.

Q: What is a "Vehicle Recovery" and does it cost more than a Winch Out?

A: A recovery is an extensive winch-out requiring more workers and or more specialized equipment. For example, this is for when your vehicle is in a ditch or stuck in deep mud and a simple winch out just won’t do. For recoveries there are a lot more risk and overhead cost that are associated.
